Our team is made up of artists across multiple disciplines, united by a shared commitment to innovation and artistic excellence. Led by Founder, CEO, and Lead Designer Shawna Yamamoto, ENSO was created to meet the growing demand for experiential event companies that take a comprehensive, design-forward approach to every project.

At ENSO Creative, every project begins as a blank page—each one entirely original. In our initial design phase, we immerse ourselves in our clients’ vision, story, and goals through open, collaborative dialogue. We challenge assumptions, rethink the expected, and uncover opportunities to elevate every detail.

In the next phase, concepts are brought to life through production, fabrication, and execution. We lead the full process—overseeing strategic planning, development, and implementation—while managing everything from bespoke design elements and technical solutions to the final installation.

Our work is rooted in a refined process that blends culture, storytelling, and architectural design—transforming moments into meaningful, immersive experiences.

Externally, we provide our clients with thoughtful options and guidance, empowering them to make informed decisions about how sustainability is incorporated into their events.
